This is a simple recipe for PUMPKIN MUFFINS that's ideal to whip up with the kiddos!
One box yellow cake mix (the Golden Butter Recipe cake mix works best)
PLUS
1 2/3 cup pumpkin pie mix
Equals this !
Just mix the dry cake mix together with the pumpkin pie mix, and that's it.
Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full, and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
I think the only thing simpler than this would be to go the bakery and BUY the muffins!

This is my kind of recipe! Okay, I'm going to try it, so I want to make sure we don't do anything according to the box-no oil, eggs, nothing, right?
Yes, Alicia! Just 2 ingredients: dry cake mix + pumpkin pie mix. That's it!
So I made these today for dessert because my friend's son is allergic to eggs! We added some cream cheese frosting and they were a BIG hit! Thanks!
Ok... this totally breaks my box-cake rule. But it does look easy for kiddo's. If I add chocolate chips, my children will LOVE ME!
Happy Monday!
Sounds delish and easy! I'll probably add some nuts... and I wonder how it would work with spice cake mix... hummmmm I'll have to try it both ways!
we are gonna try this ... you're awesome...
Wow! Are you serious? It's that easy? This definitely rings my bell. I think you're going to have a bunch of disciples after this.
Just made them - Yummy!!!
